Without resting, do…
10 burpees and 1 pushup ; then
9 burpees and 2 pushups ; then
8 burpees and 3 pushups ; then
7 burpees and 4 pushups ; then
6 burpees and 5 pushups ; then
5 burpees and 6 pushups ; then
4 burpees and 7 pushups ; then
3 burpees and 8 pushups ; then
2 burpees and 9 pushups ; then
1 burpee and 10 pushups ; then
Rest for 30-60 seconds.
Repeat for 3 cycles.
